Cancellation/Refund Policy

In case a meeting is to be cancelled the following deductions will affected from the deposit of hire charges:

1. If cancelled atleaset 30 clear days prior to date of Meeting   -          10%
2. If cancelled atleast 15 clear days prior to date of Meeting     -           15%
3. If cancelled atleast 7 clear days prior to date of Meeting       -           30%
4. If cancelled more than 1 clear day prior to date of Meeting  -           75%
5. If cancelled within 24 hours prior to Meeting                        -           100%

The postponement of booking will be treated as cancelled and shall be subjected to above cancellation terms and conditions.
